The full CONFIRMED line-up for RTÉ’s Dancing With The Stars is FINALLY here

RTÉ have finally revealed the full official line-up for the much-anticipated Dancing With The Stars.

The show, which is set to air on January 8 over 12 weeks, will be hosted by Nicky Byrne and Amanda Byram.

Over the weekend, it was revealed that Des Bishop, Denise McCormack and Aoibhin Garrihy were set to don their dancing shoes, but now – the full line-up has been announced.

As previously reported, top model Thalia Heffernan will take to the dance floor, alongside comedian Katherine Lynch, former Operation Transformation doctor Eva Orsmond, famed RTÉ reporter Teresa Mannion and Sunday Game host Des Cahill.

Big Brother star Hughie Maughan has also joined the line-up, as well as Kerry footballer Aidan O’Mahony and boyband star Dayl Cronin, who was once part of Irish band Hometown – who announced their split last week.

Dancing With The Stars will air on January 8 on RTÉ One with a a 90-minute episode, and the series will run until the end of March.

The celebrities and their dance partners will be the scored by an expert panel of judges and the viewing public at home. All the contestants will be safe for the first two shows, but after that one celeb and their dancing partner will leave the competition each week.
