“I get married the second week of rehearsals for this, so I’m bit all over the place at the moment, I have to do a bit of work before I kick into rehearsals so I can go away and get married in the middle of it.

“We get married in three weeks which is bizarre but I can’t wait. It’s getting so close now, it’s all so real,” he beamed.

Unable to keep a smile off his face, Ian revealed his plans for his stag this weekend and assured Goss.ie it was going be a low-key affair.

Speaking to Goss.ie, he admitted he misses his former RTE show “terribly” but stills meets up with his former cast mates.

“I’m missing it terribly, of course I am, it was so huge, every year we got back together with the same gang, that doesn’t happen.
