Six years, and three hemisphere-crossings later,  we are still loving life together and are truly grateful for the many adventures and incredible moments life has shown us thus far,” she told VIP Magazine.

The stunning brunette got married in Co.Meath surrounded by friends and family with Tara having six bridesmaids. The bride looked stunning in a lace fitted dress.

The day was absolutely incredible! Despite torrential rain, and the wind blowing a gale, we had an absolute blast. Seeing everyone we love in one room was so special to us.

“It was the first time my whole family have been in Ireland together since we emigrated to Brisbane in 1989,” she admitted.

Tara was crowned the Rose of Tralee in 2011 and said that she found the experience tough on her relationship with Fionan.

It was the most incredible, life-changing experience, but at times, it was tough on our relationship with all the travel and engagements away from each other,” she revealed.

I knew that if we could survive that experience, that he was a keeper,” she added.
