Maria Walsh has revealed that she would ‘one hundred percent’ go on Bear Grylls.
The Mayo native spoke to Goss.ie at the ISPCC Brown Thomas Fashion Show Luncheon 2016, and said her farming experience would help her survive.
“I could definitely survive Bear Grylls.
“One hundred percent! I’m a country woman, I’m used to farming,” she told us.

Bear Grylls most recently brought Johnny McDaid’s beau Courteney Cox for an adventure in the Irish countryside for his show Running Wild.
The former Rose of Tralee also admitted that she will be heading down to Electric Picnic this weekend with her girlfriend, Shauna.
“I’m in a new relationship with Shauna Keogh so it’s all great! She’s doing really well.
“She’s coming down [to Electric Picnic] with me. If I’m going down, she’s coming down with me!” she laughed.

Maria and Shauna first stepped out together at The Gossies back in February, and while they denied a romance at the time – they have since confirmed that they’re seeing each other.
Maria recently told how the pair first met, “We actually met one of the last day’s of the [Rose of Tralee] festival last year through a mutual friend.
“But I was doing the toy show for TV3 and she was working in TV3 at the time and we kind of started hanging out, and having coffees, and it blossomed from there,” she gushed.
