EXCLUSIVE! Vogue Williams reveals she’s going to have a ‘big TV year’

Vogue Williams has revealed that she’s going to have a “big TV year” this year.

The model is well-known on the small screen, having started out on RTÉ’s Fade Street, and has gone on to release her own documentary series and star on a number of hit shows including Bear Grylls: Mission Survive, which she won in 2015, and most recently Channel 4’s The Jump.

However, there’s no stopping Vogue now as she exclusively told Goss.ie that 2017 is going to be her biggest year yet on television.

“I think I’m going to have quite a big TV year this year, which is really, really good,” she said.

“My series is coming back. I’ve more stuff coming up with RTÉ and my documentaries, and then there’s a couple more things that I’ve been offered.

“So it’s going to be a really busy year, but I love being busy and I love always working. It’s nice to love what you do, because then it doesn’t feel like work,” she told Goss.ie at the launch of the Regatta Outdoors SS17 Collection.

Last year, it was rumoured that Vogue was set to appear on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, but it doesn’t look like Vogue will enter the jungle anytime soon.

“I love I’m A Celebrity, I think it’s a great show, but because I won the jungle (Bear Grylls: Mission Survive back in 2015) – I don’t think that they would ever ask me to do it.

“But I would be totally into that, that’s a mad experience as well so I’m always into a show that is anything different, or out there, or you’re going to learn something. But I’ve done a jungle stint so I don’t think you’d be getting me to do another one,” she laughed.

When asked whether she would consider appearing on Channel 5’s Celebrity Big Brother, Vogue shot the idea down straight away – admitting that she would “murder people”.

“No, I would murder people if I went onto Big Brother. Because I have a very short patience with annoying people.

“It’s my favourite show to watch, because I just think they’ve got the format so good and they have the worst people in there together that they kill each other. It’s amazing to watch, but I would not be able to put myself in that house,” she added.
