She is one of Ireland’s top models but Roz Purcell has admitted she knows her career will come to an end soon.
The former Miss Universe Ireland admitted that she is aware her time will be before she knows it, and she has other plans.
With a thriving food blog and an interest in cooking, Roz has a dual career at the moment.
“I’m not sick of modelling at all, I think here in Ireland you’re treated very nicely,” she told Goss.ie.

“I definitely think that with my time I will have to look at the situation again and see which one I’m swaying towards but obviously modelling doesn’t last forever so I think you have to look at what’s next.”
“It’s going brilliant. It’s kind of taking up ninety-nine per cent of my time right now. With the blog, I started with no big intentions to turn it into a career and it has so I’m quite lucky,” she explained.
Meanwhile Roz revealed that other top models regularly come to her for advice on nutrition and healthy living.

“They do ask for advice yeah, a lot of them would,” she told Goss.ie.
“A lot of them would come to me and say, ‘I’m addicted to that breakfast thing you put up last week and I’ve been making it everyday since’, that’s nice.”
“I love it when people come up to me and they recognise me for food rather than modelling. I get really excited about that.”
Meanwhile former Miss Universe Ireland admitted that she’s not done with modelling yet, but may have to make a decision between the two in the future.
