Miss Ireland, Aoife O’Sullivan, and Mr. Ireland, Wayne Walsh have revealed why they think the Gossies are important.
The pair stepped out on the red carpet at the Gossies 2019 sponsored by Zero One Salon and opened up about what the award show means to them.
“I think it’s really good to get to know other people in the industry and you get to recognise everyone’s successes throughout the year,” Aoife said.
“It’s just fantastic to get to meet all the people you see on Instagram and on television and everything. So that’s the best thing for me anyway,” she added.
As for their looks on the night, Wayne said that it’s easier for men to get dressed up for events in recent years, as styling has become more popular.
“I think guys are getting more into it. It’s a lot easier now, style is everywhere so I think it’s a lot easier now for sure,” he added.
