Charlene McKenna has opened up on a possible Raw reunion.
Goss.ie caught up with the actress at the 2017 IFTA Film and Drama Awards where she was nominated in the Best Actress in a Supporting Role Drama category for her role in Ripper Street.
Charlene first caught the attention of the public in her portrayal of emotionally unstable Jojo Harte in the Irish drama series Raw, which is based on the happenings of a Dublin restaurant.
The show was very popular in Ireland and ran from 2008 until 2013, but we asked Charlene if a reunion may be on the cards.
The Monaghan native said, “Do you know what? Now that I’m so far away from it I do really miss it. I’ve often thought we should do a weekend special, to see where they are now.
“That I think everyone would be up for. That would be great craic. I kinda wanted to leave when I left because you want to leave the party early, I thought we were on a high.
“So I said let’s move on. But yeah a wee catch-up would be good. I’d love to know what Jojo is doing. God only knows. Is she alive? Here’s hoping.”
