Alannah Beirne was eliminated from Dancing With The Stars tonight after nine weeks of wonderful dancing.
The Britain’s Next Top Model contestant found herself in her second dance off of the series after a seriously sexy samba to Zara Larsson’s Lush Life.
Her time on the show came to an end when all three judges voted to keep Erin McGregor in the competiton, whose waltz brought judge Julian to tears earlier in the show.
Proud of how far she’d come, having been a last minute addition when Aoife Walsh broke her toe, she says she is taking a lot away from the show.
Vitali, her dance partner remarked, ‘I think even for modeling it’s great experience for you.’
‘Now you know how to transfer weight, how to stay on the legs, how to use the heels.’
‘It’s really useful’
Alannah concurred, ‘Yeah, balance. I’ve gotten stronger and all these funky moves I didn’t know I could do!’

Discussing what’s next for the Naas native she told us she hasn’t planned anything huge yet.
‘I’ve got a couple of shoots coming up next week which is great, it’s actually good timing.’
‘I still have my flat in London but I really want to stay home!’
She revealed before gesturing towards the camera as if to reel some gigs in while playfully saying ‘So hopefully the jobs will start coming in.’
We hope Alannah get’s her way and the dancing queen of Kildare can stay on Irish soil.
