Dumped Caroline Wozniacki has insisted she isn’t a “victim” after her painful split from fiance Rory McIlroy.
And the Danish tennis star vowed there are “better things” ahead after seeing the Northern Irish golfer call off their engagement.
“I have felt a lot of support and people have been so nice, but I’m not a victim. I’m not,” she told The Times.
“Everyone has had ups and downs in their life and people have had hard times, unbelievable times, terrible times and it’s just a part of growing up and learning.

“I’m just thinking that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, and what was meant to be is going to be and there are bigger and better things for me out there in the future.”
The pair had been together for more than two years before Rory proposed on New Year’s Eve in Sydney.
