Doireann Garrihy has revealed she bought a boat during “a moment of madness” in lockdown.
The radio presenter shared snaps of her new boat on Instagram, as she took it out for a spin during Ireland’s mini heatwave.
Doireann captioned the post: “Lots to be done with her but she’s served us well today! (bought her in a moment of madness/great foresight during lockdown).”
The 29-year-old shared multiple snaps smiling on board the boat, as she sailed around Howth harbour.
The news comes after Doireann revealed she was getting lessons in driving a boat earlier this month.
The RTÉ star is no stranger to the sea, as her father Eugene Garrihy owns Dublin Bay Cruises.
