It looks like Kevin Kilbane and Brianne Delcourt may have tied the knot in Canada on Friday.

The former footballer got engaged to the professional skater back in February, just months after they coupled up on ITV’s Dancing On Ice.

The couple were originally planning to wed this month in Co. Mayo, where Kevin’s late father was from.

But last month, Brianne and Kevin told Hello magazine that they had postponed their Irish wedding until next year – due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Brianne said: “We’re now planning the wedding but for next summer, and one hundred per cent we are going to get married in Ireland with a dream castle still on the cards.”

Despite revealing plans to postpone their wedding, Brianne and Kevin have sparked speculation that they exchanged vows this week.

Taking to Instagram, the Canadian skater posted a photo of her kissing Kevin, and she appears to be wearing a wedding dress.

She captioned the post: “So, today was the day Kevin & I were supposed to be getting married in Ireland ???????? 09-04-2020. Damn you Covid…, so we celebrated our way …….❤️”

Kevin also posted the same photo, and wrote: “We celebrated our proposed wedding day anyway.. I love you @brianne_tv ❤️.”

The photos appeared to be taken at the Bonnie View Inn, a lakeside hotel in Canada.

Goss.ie has contacted reps for both Brianne and Kevin for comment.

The happy couple have been living in Brianne’s home country since before lockdown, and are currently residing in a stunning house overlooking Lake Ontario with Brianne’s three-year-old daughter, Gracie.

Their transatlantic move forced Brianne to quit Dancing On Ice, which she has worked on since 2010.

Speaking about her decision to leave the show last month, the 39-year-old said: “It has been a back-and-forth question mark in my mind for some time now.”

“The hardest part will be missing my DoI family and I have so much to thank the show for, including introducing me to my absolute soulmate in Kevin.”

“I’m 39 – 40 in February – and I’ve been on the road for so long and as a working mum – a single mum. I really had to work hard for everything on my own. The show has been a huge part of my life and part of Gracie’s too,” she added.
