Daniel Craig has revealed he’d love to retire in Ireland, after bowing out of the James Bond franchise.
The British actor appeared on The Late Late Show on Friday night to promote No Time To Die, in which he will play 007 for the fifth and final time.
The 53-year-old opened up about playing the famed secret agent for the past 15 years, and how its impacted his life.
“It’s a character I play…and I won’t ever do that again and it makes me quite emotional.”

At the end of his chat with Ryan Tubridy, Daniel was asked if he’d consider a trip to Ireland to kick back and relax after his promotional tour.
Daniel replied: “Yes, I love Ireland!”
“I think I want to retire to Ireland, if they’ll have me!”
The 53-year-old will play James Bond for the fifth and final time in No Time To Die.
The upcoming film finds Bond enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica, when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help.
The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain, armed with dangerous new technology.
