Friends star Courteney Cox has revealed how Irish rocker Johnny McDaid popped the question.
The Snow Patrol guitarist had to get the approval of Courteney’s 10 year old daughter Coco first, on her 10th birthday.
“Johnny first asked Coco, he said ‘I’d like to marry your Mom and gave her a little diamond ring and got on his knee.
“She said “Great, we have to do it right now because I’m going to camp in the morning.”

“They had a plan to count down from three, and he was going to ask ‘Will you marry me?’ and Coco was going to ask ‘Will you marry him?’,
“They found a tree where 3 branches went into one.”
Johnny and Coco asked Courteney together that night when the trio went to best pal Jennifer Aniston’s home for a birthday dinner she threw for Coco.
“They asked me that night, we went to Jennifer’s house to celebrate Coco’s birthday because she’s Coco’s God Mom”
The 50-year-old actress revealed all in an Interview on american talk show Jimmy Kimmel last night.
The pair met after Johnny’s former housemate Ed Sheeran introduced them at a party.
It is understood they are looking at Irish castles with plans to hold a wedding close to Johnny’s family.
