The 28-year-old admitted that it happened because they both were there to fight.

“They walked out shouting, talking,” he told Sports Centre.

“But what was it? We’re here ready to fight. We’re ready for war. So, let’s bring it.”

The Crumlin native then spoke to LA Times about the incidence joking it was “self-defence.”

“I just saw bottles being thrown. I was like, alright, f*ck that. You want to try throwing bottles? I’ll throw cans,” he added.

“But it was all in self defence. I was scared for my life.”
