Conor McGregor has revealed he actually is bringing out his own brand of Rosé – after his April Fools joke was taken seriously by thousands.
The UFC star, who has already dominated the liquor market with his whiskey Proper No. Twelve, pranked his fans earlier this month, when he shared a fake commercial for a new drink called Champ Champ Rosé.
The Instagram page alone gained 30k, proving there was serious interest in the drink.
Although he later admitted it was just an April Fool’s joke, this week he told fans the reaction was so good, he is now working on bringing the beverage out for real.
One follower on Twitter wrote to the MMA star saying “please no Rosé” to which Conor replied: “Hahaha thank you, but that Rosé is coming without A doubt! For my mother in particular.”

The father-of-two also replied to a fan who slammed WhatsApp rumours of the star, with Conor admitting that social media is an “impossible fight” for him.
“The torch of the modern day lynch mob,” he wrote.
“An addictive screen, in a dangerous box, that we each hold in our hands all day. An impossible one to fight so i do not. I just remain who I am.
The torch of the modern day lynch mob!

Respectful to those who are respectful to me.
Ignorant to the rest.
