Conor McGregor has had his court case in Miami thrown out.
The MMA star was due to go to trial over allegedly smashing an iPhone of a man who tried to film him while on a trip to Miami.
Prosecutors in Florida have now dropped the case.
The man alleging the crime was not present and had withdrawn statements that he had given to police.
The father-of-two had said at the time that he needed to work on his “patience” after reports of the incident got out.
The Proper No. Twelve founder was not present in court.
It comes after rumours that he is set to return to the UFC this summer.
