Damo & Ivor are set to make a come back – but this time, they’ll be on the big screen.
Fans will be delighted to know that Damo Whelan and Ivor Itchdaddy, both played by Andy Quirke, will star in their first movie next year.
Damo & Ivor first appeared on YouTube and RTE’s Republic of Telly, and subsequently landed a hit TV show on RTE Two.
The news was announced on Damo & Ivor’s Facebook page.
“The time has come!” they wrote.
“DAMO AND IVOR THE MOVIE!!! Is being filmed this summer to go into every cinema across the country next year!
“It will be the biggest and best thing Damo and Ivor have ever done! With a [sic] fan base so big will it break records for Irish cinema?” they added.
