A close friend of tragic model Alli MacDonnell has revealed someone pretending to be her has set up a fake funding page for Alli’s funeral.
Friends of the much-loved model have been left in shock after the sudden death of the loving mum-of-four.
Many have been paying tribute to the Autism Ireland advocate, but in a sick twist, someone has set up a fake Go Get Funding page, in an attempt to get money from mourners.
Top stylist Lisa Burgess revealed someone is pretending to be her on the social media network, asking people to donate to a ‘funeral fund’.
But Lisa took to Facebook to urge friends not to donate to the fake page.
Sources have told Goss.ie that many friends of the model have already reported the page, and are hoping it will be taken down.
Alli died tragically on Sunday, leaving four children behind, including her two-year-old daughter Siena.
