Celebrity chef Clodagh McKenna has revealed she wants to get married soon –Â and put a ring on it.
The TV cook has been with businessman boyfriend Peter Gaynor since 2012 and is hoping they walk down the aisle soon.
She said: “Yes we’d like to get married, but I want to have the time to be able to plan it.”
And Clodagh revealed that “absolutely” plans to cater it – with her own staff the only people she trusts to organise her wedding.

“Michael, the general manager, he’s in here and in Arnotts, we’re shoulder-to-shoulder every day, he’s fabulous,” she added.
“He might be the only one I would allow to organise it, but then I would want him at the wedding, so it would be very difficult. And the head chefs, I would want them too.
“I know exactly who I would have doing my flowers and wedding cake too.”
Clodagh met Peter six months after she returned home from living in Italy five years ago, and told the RTE Guide she feels their similarity keeps them together.
“A friend introduced us and we hit it off straight away. A lot of people say he’s like a male version of me,” she said.

“I am quiet in my normal life and so is he. We have the same interests. It’s great. I am very lucky. He is a really good guy. So good to my mum and family.”
And the normally incredibly private star told of how Peter was always shocked by her ability to switch off.
“I remember Peter was so surprised at the beginning how I would go home and fall asleep at night and not think about work again until the next morning,” she added.
“I sleep like a baby. I sometimes think, I musn’t be that intelligent if I switch off that easily.”
