Cathiona White’s family have claimed that Jim Carrey is digging up “dirt” on them.
The Tipperary native’s mother Bridget Sweetman accused the actor of giving her daughter STDs before her death.
“How dare Carrey and his Hollywood lawyers try and malign the family and intimidate them,” Attorney Michael Avenatti said.

The attorney is representing Mark Burton, the legal husband of Catriona, and urged Jim to release his 2013 lab results immediately.
“Sending private investigators out to dig up dirt on a grieving mother is disgusting. These people have no bounds,” Michael told the Daily Mail.
“Jim Carrey and his attorney have told the world that Carrey has never had STDs and he has never tested positive for STDs. They have called me and Mark ‘shams’ for claiming otherwise.
“I am demanding they immediately release the full 2013 lab results so people can judge for themselves who is telling the truth and who is lying.”
Bridget has said that she will drop her lawsuit against the comedian if he releases the drug test results.
