Bono has sent a very strange request to Hillary Clinton.
In a series of emails from Hillary’s private server released by Judicial Watch, it was discovered that the Dubliner had e-mailed asking to link up with the International Space Station for his tour.
The musician’s request was reportedly received by Bill Clinton’s former aide Ben Schwerin.

The U2 frontman has previous supported the Clinton Foundation, a non-profit organisation set up by the former president, according to Politico.
“Bono wants to do a linkup with the International Space Station on every show during the tour this year,” Ben e-mailed to Doug Band, another aide and the foundations executive, as well as Hillary’s aide Huma Abedin.
“I’m trying to figure out who the best contact is to talk to at NASA or the congressional committee on science and technology. Any ideas? Thanks.”
Both aide’s replied “no clue” to the e-mail but it must have worked out in the end for the 56-year-old as he did end up featuring footage from the ISS in his North American shows.
