Bernard Brogan has spilled the beans on his upcoming nuptials – revealing he is set to walk down the aisle at Christmas.
The Dublin GAA star, who got engaged to his long-term love Kiera Doyle in January, admitted he’s “looking forward” to the big day.
“I’m getting married at the end of the year and am looking forward to it,” he told the Sunday World.

“It will be around Christmas. We haven”t figured out what it will be like, but it will be interesting.”
Opening up about the wedding date, the 32-year-old explained why the pair, who have been together for three years, have planned to get hitched at the end of the year.
“For sports people, November and December is the only time of year we have downtime as the season is so long,” he admitted.

Meanwhile, the All Ireland Winner, who popped the question while on holiday in Turkey, insisted he took PR executive Kiera by “surprise”.
“I took her by surprise, but we’ve been going out a number of years so I am looking forward to tying the knot,” he added.
