Barry Keoghan really wants to land the lead role in upcoming superhero film Nightwing – and he’ll do anything to get it.
Taking to Instagram, the Irish actor posted a picture of himself dressed up as the DC Comics character.
“NIGHTWING the short movie coming soon – If you want something go get it,” he captioned the post.
Barry’s clear bid for the role comes after director Chris McKay asked fans for their opinions on casting Nightwing last week.
And last month, Chris teased DC Comics fans that he would have more information about the upcoming movie around Valentine’s Day – which is today.

Chris previously directed The Lego Batman Movie (2017), and worked as animation co-director on The Lego Movie (2014).
Barry has landed a number of impressive film roles since being dubbed as one to watch in Hollywood.
