The actress is putting her presenting hat on!

Actress Aoibhín Garrihy will co-host The Six O’Clock Show, alongside Martin King on Thursday 21st September on TV3.

A former guest on the show, Aoibhín will stand in for host Muireann O’Connell tomorrow evening.

Speaking about her hosting role, Aoibhín said, “I am so delighted to co-host the Six O’Clock Show having been a guest and a fan of the show for ages!

“I have big shoes to fill but it’s very exciting to be on the other side of the fence tonight. It’s an action packed show so a baptism of fire of sorts but I’m really looking forward to it!”

Best known for her role as Neasa on RTÉ’s Fair City, Aoibhin has become a huge star since making it to the final of Dancing With The Stars earlier this year.

Since her stint on the dance floor, Aoibhín has been bitten by the TV bug, and has also presented shows like RTÉ’s Big Week on the Farm, Tracks and Trails.

The Six O’Clock Show airs daily Monday to Friday 6pm – 7pm on TV3
