The redhead beauty said that she would come back to Ireland a fair bit at the start because she wasn’t settled in London yet.

“I made the move when I was very much transient, I was over and back to Ireland a lot,” she said to Danny O’Reilly on his Today FM show, A Different Side.

“I guess I hadn’t really committed to being there. I felt really unsettled. It was really difficult.

“But it was very much my decision to do that, and thankfully Roy [her husband] supported it and it has worked.

“It could have gone horribly wrong and it was a tough time to work through.”

Angela further admitted that her move to London was something she’s always wanted to do, to conquer the city.

“I guess going to London was an itch that I had to scratch.

“I felt annoyed with myself that I couldn’t conquer [London].

“It is something that I tend to do, maybe it’s self-destructive, but I always want to push myself out of my comfort zone.

“I don’t know whether it’s ambition or recklessness!”
