He’s making a name for himself as an actor – but it turns out that Rex Ryan is a Marco Pierre White in training.
2FM star Lottie Ryan has revealed that her brother is relieving mum Maura from the cooking duties for Christmas.
And the RTE presenter admitted that her main job for their “fluffy pyjama” Xmas will be scoffing her face.
She told Goss.ie: “My brother Rex takes the reign with the cooking – I prefer to just eat it. He does the whole Christmas dinner, the full dinner.

“There will be a huge gang around. Our place is normally the hot-spot around Christmas, uncles, aunties, everyone over. It’s a fluffy pyjama zone. It’s a pyjama day.”
But Lottie, 28, doesn’t plan to come up with any New Year’s resolutions this year.
She told Goss.ie: “I don’t do resolutions. Sometimes I try to take new things on. I took yoga on last year.
“I don’t know what I’m going to do this year. It’ll probably be a low-key family thing for New Years Eve.”

It comes as she’ll be spending today taking on a 2FM charity challenge, buying an entire outfit from the St Vincent de Paul.
She added: “I’ve been given €50 and the idea is to kick yourself for any Christmas parties, or if you’re going to a New Year’s Eve party. Top to toe I have €50 for the whole shebang.
“I don’t know if I’ll wear it for my on New Year’s party because the deal is they want to put it on display on a manicuine in the St Vincent de Paul shop.
“So if someone wants to buy the outfit they can. So George’s St are going to put it on display.”
