EXCLUSIVE! Lisa Fitzpatrick opens up on medical emergency: 'I was so frightened'

Lisa Fitzpatrick has opened up on a terrifying ordeal she had on Monday after having an allergic reaction to penicillin.

The A-list stylist was in Dundrum’s Marks and Spencer’s when she experienced a tightening in her chest and struggled to breath.

“My chest was so tight I couldn’t breath. I was so frightened. I was lucky it happened in a public place,” she told Goss.ie.

The fashionista was taken care of by a doctor and revealed how proud she was of her son Dalton who acted quick under pressure.

“Thankfully a doctor was on hand to support me. My ten-year-old son was very brave and asked for help,” she explained.

“He called his dad, I’m very proud of him.

Health: Lisa was rushed to hospital in an ambulance

“It was an awful experience. My hands turned black and my body was on fire,” she told Goss.ie.

“I got help immediately with an ambulance but I was so scared.”

Lisa took to her official Facebook account to let fans know about the ordeal and reassured her followers that she’s doing OK now.
