Jennifer Maguire has posted a hilarious throwback snap of her mum’s younger days.
The Republic of Telly star is currently enjoying huge success with spin-off series Bridget and Eamon and we definitely see where her inspiration for the 80s Irish mammy comes from.

The RTE star remarked that all her mother was missing to complete the look were “the fag and glasses”.
Bridget and Eamon has been a hit with audiences since it debuted, with the first episode drawing in over one hundred thousand viewers.
