Aoibhinn Ní Shúilleabháin purchases first home since Ryan Tubridy split

Aoibhinn Ní Shúilleabháin has purchased her first home since moving out of her shared home with her ex Ryan Tubridy.

The Mayo native has bought her new digs in the Inchicore area of Dublin, weeks after it was revealed that Ryan made a decent profit by selling the house they shared together in Monkstown.

“She got the keys a few weeks ago and she’s really excited to have bought her own house,” said a source.

“Aoibhinn wanted to be close to the city centre so the location is perfect.

“It’s as close to town as she could afford and she couldn’t be happier,” a source told Independent.ie.

Aoibhinn and Ryan split in December 2014 after four years together, following the break up Ryan put their Monkstown mansion on the market for €1.275 million late last year, and ended up selling it for €1.315m just before Christmas, making him a cool €165,000.

The news of Aoibhinn purchasing her own house comes as the former Rose of Tralee has landed a role on a new RTÉ show.
