Actress Leigh Arnold has opened up about her brother Nicky’s passing.
Writing a heartfelt blog post on her website, the former Clinic star, who lost her younger brother in October, thanked everyone for their support and revealed his shock death has put her life into perspective.
“First of all thank you for all your incredibly moving, supportive and breathtakingly kind messages regarding the passing away of my darling little brother Nicky,” she wrote.

“As you can imagine our hearts are broken and we needed to huddle together as a family and mourne him quietly and privately.
“Having our kiddies has given my parents, brother, sister and I a sense of hope and strength and we know Nicky loved them all to the moon and back again,” she added.
“It also made me put my life in perspective and we decided as a family to take a step back and re-evaluate our lives and what are hopes and dreams are, not only for ourselves but for our children.

“Unfortunately sometimes a tragedy is the thing that gives people the relevant arse kicking that they need in order to realise we only have one life and, God forbid anything ever were to happen, we lived it to the full and above all, lived it without negativity and regret,” she said.
“So here we are, on day three of our life adventure moving to our paradise and sanctuary.”
