Her father is Irish, and it looks like she came over to visit some relatives and take in some scenes in the Irish countryside.
The 49-year-old popped into the G Hotel in Galway, and also took a photo outside Ashford Castle, where Rory McIlroy got married just a few weeks ago.
The former Grey’s Anatomy star also headed to Navan to visit some of her relatives.
She posted an adorable photo of her with her cousins, and it looks like they haven’t seen each other in 24 years.
She is probably making the most of her time off before they begin filming 13 Reasons Why season 2.
