Samantha Markle claims she wasn’t turned away from Kensington Palace

Samantha Markle has claimed that she wasn’t turned away from Kensington Palace.

The 53-year-old flew to U.K. at the end of September with the intention to meet face-to-face with her half-sister, Meghan Markle, to discuss her relationship with their father.

As photos of Samantha arriving at the gates of Kensington Palace and handing a letter to a guard emerged over the weekend, she has claimed that she was not turned away from the palace.

“I wasn’t trying to crash anything, I’m very polite and respectful. I was not turned away from Kensington Palace. I’m pretty mature, I’m pretty composed, I’m not the kind of person that’s turned away,” she told DailyMailTV.

“I was very respectful and I went there to deliver a letter. Nobody was turned away, nobody was disrespectful and it was a wonderful experience,” she continued.

Although the 53-year-old did not reveal what was written in the letter, she did say that her father was the main topic of the note.

“I wanted to express the feelings of my father and myself in the letter. And I can’t say exactly what was in it. The world will just have to wait and see,” she said.

“I want her to do the right thing: Acknowledge my dad for primarily raising her and making her everything she is. She knows that he’s awesome!” the mother-of-three said.
