Meghan Markle, Prince Harry, Kate Middleton and Prince William have joined forces to raise awareness of mental health issues.
The four royals have reunited to narrate an advert for an NHS resource to help people in the UK who are struggling.
The resource, called Every Mind Matters, is an online service that offers tailored advice to people seeking help.
The advert for the NHS program will take over TV screens this evening at 8.45pm.
Up to 11 million people are expected to hear the royal quadrant’s voices at the same moment in a TV takeover across Sky, Channel 4, ITV, Channel 5 and MTV.
“Everyone knows that feeling when life gets on top of us,” the Duke of Cambridge says at the beginning of the ad.
“We feel stressed, low, anxious or have trouble sleeping,” Prince Harry added. “We think there is nothing to be done, nothing we can do about it.”
“But now there’s a new way to help turn things around,” Meghan markle explains.
“Every Mind Matters will show you simple ways to look after your mental health.”
Celebrities such as Davina McCall, Bradley Wiggins and Gillian Anderson all feature in the clip.
