Danny Jones crowned King of the Jungle in I’m A Celebrity final

Danny Jones has been crowned the King of the Jungle in the I’m A Celebrity final – with Coleen Rooney as runner up.

The 2025 series of the hit show hosted by Ant and Dec has come to an end for another year.

Twelve celebs enter the jungle and after three weeks a King of the Jungle has finally been crowned.

Saturday night’s episode saw Oti finish in fourth place, leaving Coleen Rooney, Reverend Richard Coles and Danny Jones in the final.

During the final episode, the three campmates were introduced to their final Bushtucker trial ‘The Towers of Terror.’

Ant and Dec explained that all three of them would have to complete the two parts of the trial in order to win a final feast in camp. In return for stars, they’d be winning a starter, main course, dessert and drink in camp.

In the first trial, all three of them were placed in position in the first tower, lying on their backs with Coleen in the top section, Danny in the middle and Richard at the bottom. As the trial began they had to guide the stars one by one down to one another to the very bottom of the tower, into the yellow win zone. And of course, they weren’t alone, as they were joined by snakes.

With the trial underway, Coleen screamed, as she said: “Ahh, something’s wrapping round my foot!” Whilst Ant and Dec told Coleen they’d never seen her that scared before!

Successfully completing the first part of the trial within the ten minute time limit, they then headed to the second larger tower, for the final part of their Bushtucker trial where they had a further ten minutes to win their remaining stars.

Ant told the celebrities: “Now you’ve already taken on the smaller one, the Dec Tower, it’s time for the much taller, Ant tower!”

Again tiered on three different levels, they all had to release star pieces in their individual sections and get them down to Danny in the bottom tier whose task it was to piece them together in a puzzle style formation to win stars for camp. And of course, in true Bushtucker style they were all joined by fish guts, spiders and cockroaches as they made their way through the tower.

Successfully piecing together all remaining stars, Coleen, Danny and Richard all cheered at completing their final ever Bushtucker trial, and successfully winning a three-course meal and a drink for their final dinner in camp.

Reflecting on the trial, Coleen admitted: “I’m glad it’s all over.”

Danny said he felt: “Super proud of ourselves, it’s been an amazing journey and honestly, what a way to go out!”

Richard finished by saying: “I’m immensely proud, but we just don’t smell great!”

Victorious from their last ever Bushtucker trial, it was time for the final three to dine like royalty with a spectacular feast. They each got to pick their favourite meals for the last supper in camp.

Danny had a starter of mozzarella sticks with sweet chilli sauce, a buttermilk chicken burger and chips for his main course, fresh cream profiteroles with warm Nutella sauce for dessert and a cold glass of beer for his drink.

Coleen had a starter of bruschetta, spaghetti bolognese with flaky parmesan cheese and garlic bread for her main course, fresh cream profiteroles with warm Nutella sauce for dessert (the same as Danny’s!) and a glass of French pale Provence rose for her drink.

Richard had a starter of king prawn cocktail with salad, cottage pie with peas, carrots and gravy for his main course, fruit cake for dessert and Chablis Grand Cru for his drink.
