TikTok star Emily Mariko has gone viral for her salmon rice bowl recipe.
The 29-year-old, who has over 3.6million followers on the app, is known for starting the “leftover lunch” trend – where she creates tasty, easy-to-make dishes using leftovers.
The food, fashion and lifestyle blogger’s most popular recipe to date is her Asian fusion-inspired plate of shredded leftover cooked salmon and white rice topped with mayo, soy sauce and spicy Sriracha.

When reheating the rice and salmon mix in the microwave, Emily places an ice-cube on top of the rice and wraps a sheet of parchment paper over the plate.
After heating, she removes the paper and the ice-cube, mixes it all together and adds her sauces, as well as avocado, kimchi and dried seaweed.
Her TikTok tutorial has been viewed a whopping 43.4million times to date, and other TikTok users have been recreating and raving about the meal.
