Chopped are opening their biggest salad bar today in Blanchardstown – with FREE lunches from 11am to 1pm!
The hugely popular lunch spot first opened it’s doors on Baggot Street back in 2012, and is the (food) baby of entrepreneurs, Brian Lee and Andy Chen.
The €250,000 outlet will create 30 new jobs thanks to ex-MMA star and Chopped franchisee, Cathal Pendred.

Cathal retired from his MMA career last November, admitting that he wants to focus on a number of projects he has related to the health food industry.
“Since I announced my retirement from competitive MMA last November all my focus has gone towards establishing my new career,” he revealed.
“I’ve set up a new company to facilitate this and I am working on a number of projects that will all be focussed on the health food industry.
“It’s important to make sure that my first step on this journey will be a success and with this new Chopped I’m confident it will be.”
Meanwhile, Cathal has been working on his acting career.
