Lana Del Rey has thanked her Irish fans for the surviving the rain at her gig for this year’s Electric Picnic.
The singer was one of the many international musicians to play at the festival – including LCD Soundsystem, James Bay, The Chemical Brothers and more.
The New Yorker was the headline act on the Sunday, and was an absolute hit as she closed the weekend.
The 31-year-old took to her Instagram to give her Irish fans the kind message. Lana uploaded the video just after her performance at the festival where the enthusiastic crowd powered through the rain.
“Hey guys, I just had the most amazing show in Ireland and I hope that you enjoyed it,” she said.
“Just love to the crowd and we made it through the rain. I just wanted to say thank you and hopefully see you soon.”
Lana then blew a kiss to the camera after thanking her fans.
The crowds at Electric Picnic still managed to look fashionable despite the showers of rain over the weekend.
