Westlife star Shane Filan has admitted he finds it “unbelievable” that fans dream of his being in a relationship with Nicky Byrne.
But the Sligo star revealed he had to look twice to make sure this photo of them wasn’t real.
He said: “There was this picture I saw recently of us and they actually took the picture of Nicky on his wedding day and me on my wedding day.
“[They took Nicky] kissing Georgina and me kissing Gillian and basically took out the girls and put our heads together,” he said.

“It’s unbelievable, I actually had to look at it and make sure it wasn’t real but it was their dream.”
The World Of Our Own star said one fan’s dream led to the implied relationship known as Shnicky.
He said fans used to write stories based on the fantasy love affair between Nicky Byrne and Shane.
“Shnicky is basically Shane and Nicky’s name put together. It’s about a dream that two fans had in Germany of us being a couple and being in love,” he told 2FM.
