Nadine Coyle plans to release new solo album – after last only hit No 47

Nadine Coyle has revealed she plans to release another solo record.

The Girls Aloud singer was devastated after her debut totally flopped at No 47 in the UK charts after a deal with Tesco to only realise it through their stores.

But the Derry star said her and her producers Xenomania “have so many good songs that it’s a shame not to do something with them.”

And Nadine – who is back on the road now with Michael Flatley’s new Riverdance show – added that Girls Aloud fans are flying thousands of miles to try and meet her.

She said people from all across the world have jetted to Nadine’s Irish Mist, the pub she owns in California.

“I’m not always here, but I do get letters and notes. Or they’ll take pictures with my parents,” she said.

“Last night there was a guy from Argentina and he wrote a whole note for me. It was just so sweet.”

However Nadine said that some of the arrivals in the pub can be slightly unwanted, when gossip reporters arrive.

“They would come here from The Sun or The Mirror and try to be inconspicuous and sit there like they’re innocent people,” she told Buzzfeed.

“This one time they were trying to make issues with the girls or whatever and my dad was like I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
