ABBA set to release new music next week

ABBA are set to release new music next week, after a 39-year hiatus.

Last year, the popular band confirmed they would be releasing five new songs in 2021, including ‘I Still Have Faith In You’ and ‘Don’t Shut Me Down’.

After pushing back their planned 2020 reunion due to the pandemic, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, Agnetha Faltskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad are set to make a huge comeback in the coming days.

A source told The Sun: “ABBA are finally making their comeback and plan to release their first new music in 39 years next Friday — it’s huge.”

The band have also teased a new project called ABBA Voyage, which is expected to be their long-awaited hologram tour.

The upcoming tour will see the famous group appear as their younger selves and perform some of both their new songs and their classic hits.

The Swedish stars set up an ABBA Voyage Twitter account on Thursday morning, and tweeted: “Join us at abbavoyage.com“, along with the date 02.09.21.

The website encourages fans to register their interest in the upcoming project, which will be revealed next week.
