The ‘Wonder Woman’ sequel has revealed a major character’s return.
A new still released by director Patty Jenkins has announced the return of Steve Trevor, played by Chris Pine.
The director announced the news on Twitter with a still from the movie showing Steve alive in the 80s.
She wrote, “Welcome to WONDER WOMAN 1984, Steve Trevor! #WW84 ”

Despite being on board a plane that blew up at the end of Wonder Woman, Steve has lived to see another day.
Patty also announced the new title of the sequel, which will be called ‘Wonder Woman 1984’.
The first ‘Wonder Woman’Â movie was released in June 2017, and it earned more than $821 million at the box office.
So the sequel is set to be a sure success!
