Hunky actor Jamie Dornan is being lined up to play King Arthur after his Fifty Shades of Grey debut.
Director Guy Richie desperately wants to cast the Northern Irish actor in his blockbuster Warner Brothers series.
However Madonna’s ex-husband is facing a huge issue – trying to convince rival film company Universal to let Jamie star in the flick.
He is currently tied down by a three movie deal for Fifty Shades of Grey – but Guy still won’t give up.

“Jamie is hot property in Hollywood. Guy was completely blown away when he met him and wanted to offer the part immediately,” a source said.
“Jamie is keen on the role, too, and his US agents are keen to work out a deal where he’ll be able to do both franchises.
“They have to convince Universal to allow Jamie to make the film with Warner Brothers, which isn’t looking promising.”

The Co Down man – who had been best known for The Fall before Fifty Shades of Grey – is hoping to make sure he isn’t just known for his buff body.
“Jamie is keen to take on other roles and prove that he’s an adaptable actor,” a source told the Sun.
“He fears the huge Fifty Shades franchise will be all he’s associated with.”
Meanwhile, Fifty Shades bosses believe he is going to grab an Oscar for his role as Christian Grey after they way he treated co-star Dakota Johnson during bedroom scenes.
Screenwriter Kelly Marcel said: “Apparently Jamie’s great at being soft and hard at the same time. He’s going to get an Oscar.”
