Jack Reynor only survives the pressure of Hollywood due to fiancee Madeline Mulqueen

Jack Reynor has revealed the main reason he survives the pressure of making it in Hollywood – his fiancee Madeline Mulqueen.

The Transformers star got engaged to the Limerick model earlier this year, and previously admitted she was his muse.

And the 22-year-old has now admitted that Madeline is the person who helps him survive the downsides that come with his new newfound fame.

He added: “I find that most of my friends still see me exactly the same way as they did before any of this happened. That’s great.

“But some people are viewing me as a commodity and relate to me as such. That can be difficult, but I’ve gotten great support from those people around me.

“I’ve got a great mother and a wonderful fiancee who takes care of everything for me. I couldn’t be in a better position.”

Meanwhile, Jack has revealed he now plans to use his new success to allow him to make Irish documentaries as well as his own films.

“I have some projects in-house that are on their first and second drafts. These are really good feature films that I’d like to make at home,” he told the RTE Guide.

“I’m also looking at making a few documentaries, because in the current climate, people watch and learn from documentaries in the same way they used to learn from reading books in the past.

“It’s the best way to communicate with people. And I want to write more too… I’ve done six films since Transformers, so my head is spinning.”
