This is the first look at Robert Sheehan in new supernatural thriller The Messenger.
The former Love/Hate star plays a disturbed young man, called Jack, who sees visions of the dead.
Already the sci-fi film – in which he stars alongside Snow White and The Huntsman actress Lily Cole and Dracula’s Jack Fox –Â has been compared to The Sixth Sense.

It is being produced by David O’Hara, who also produced The Departed.
Our pictures show Robert in a psychiatric ward where he is attempting to make the dead go away from his life.

And as the movie goes on, Rob’s character finds himself getting closer to his TV presenter wife, obsessed with passing on Mark’s message.
