Colin Farrell and Mel Gibson have been announced as part of the cast starring in the upcoming revenge thriller, ‘War Pigs.’
The film follows a group of disillusioned ex-marines who set off on their last mission.
They set out to seek revenge on a cartel that murdered one of their companions and stole millions of dollars of drug money.
The film will be directed by Tommy Wirkola and was scripted by Nick Ball & John Niven.
Mel is set to direct the WWII film, ‘Destroyer’ after filming ‘War Pigs’, while Colin will be starring in Tim Burton’s ‘Dumbo’ and Steve McQueen’s ‘Widows’ within the next year.
‘War Pigs’ is to start production in October of this year.
