Seth Meyers will host the 75th annual Golden Globe Awards in 2018.
The comedian and Late Night host will take over the presenting duties from Tonight Show host, Jimmy Fallon.
Jimmy hosted the Golden Globes last year when box office hit La La Land won an impressive 6 awards on the night including Emma Stone for Best Actress, Ryan Gosling for Best Actor and Damien Chazelle for Best Director.

Seth, 43, has hosted awards shows before, the ESPYs in 2010 and the Emmys in 2014, and the The Hollywood Foreign Press Association certainly seem to think he’s a perfect fit for for the awards ceremony according to a statement made from their President Meher Tatna:

“With his natural comedic wit and innate ability to charm audiences, Seth will help us carry on the celebratory tradition of recognizing the best in Television and film at the party of the year”.
The nominations for the 75th Golden Globes will be unveiled on December 11th, but nominee rumors are already circulating for Jordan Peele (Get Out), Christopher Nolan (Dunkirk), Willem Dafoe (The Florida Project), Patrick Stewart (Logan), Harrison Ford (Blade Runner 2049) and Ireland’s own Saoirse Ronan (Lady Bird).Â
