It was Zoe Saldana’s Crossroads co-star Britney Spears who accidentally revealed that the actress was pregnant with twins back in 2014.
But Zoe insisted during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Thursday that she has no hard feelings towards the pop star for spilling the beans.
When a caller asked the Guardians of the Galaxy star if it was true that Britney had been the one to announce the news and how she felt about it, she said, “It’s so true.”

However she explained: “Literally, the way that it happened was so innocent that I never even thought of holding her accountable to anything. We were on the same flight from L.A. to New York and we just talked for the duration of the flight.
“She has two boys. I was having twins.  We had such a beautiful talk—and I forgot. It never even occurred to me to tell her not to say anything. We weren’t trying to hide it; we were just trying to be discreet.
“And then when she disclosed it, she was just being Britney. I don’t mean that in a negative way. I mean that in the way that she lives her life in such truth.”

Zoe added that she was very surprised when she read that the singer had told the press her baby news, and hasn’t spoken to her about it because they haven’t seen each other since.
“I was shocked, because we weren’t ready to sort of share that,” she explained. “But it was Britney, so it was OK. I haven’t seen her since, but I’m pretty sure we will.”
