Madonna caused quite a stir during her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night.
The 63-year-old appeared on the late-night talk show to promote her new documentary ‘Madame X’, and ended up flashing her bum to the audience.
When asked what she hopes people will take away from her documentary, Madonna said: “That art is important in our lives, I don’t think people emphasise that enough.”
Quoting writer James Baldwin, she continued: “Artists are here to disturb the peace. And so, I hope that I have disturbed not only your peace this afternoon but people’s peace while they watch the show… but I mean that in the best way.”
Jimmy then replied, “Oh yeah, you get in good trouble.”
The legendary singer then climbed onto Jimmy’s desk, prompting the chat show host to yell “stop it!” as he tried to cover her up with his suit jacket.
Madonna eventually hopped off his desk and said, “No one’s going to see anything, my God!”
But as she walked back to her seat, the Vogue singer cheekily flashed her bum to the audience.
