Kim Kardashian broke down in tears after watching a hologram of her late father, Robert, in a vlog documenting her recent birthday trip.
Last month, the reality star celebrated her birthday on a private island with her family and friends – and during their trip, her husband Kanye West arranged a “special surprise from heaven.”
On Thursday night, Kim shared a vlog documenting their lavish getaway – which included footage of her crying after watching the hologram of her father, who died back in 2003.
In the clip, Kim was in tears as she spoke to Kanye on the phone, and said: “Seriously, thank you.”
The seven-minute vlog also showed Kim enjoying a ‘pool day’ with her guests, and taking shots at an outdoor bar.
According to Page Six, Kim and 30 of her family and friends stayed at the Brando Resort near Tahiti for five days, where rooms can run up to $20,000 per night.
Kim has continued to share photos and videos from the trip on Instagram, despite receiving serious backlash over the vacation.

Last month, the KUWTK star was branded “tone deaf” for boasting about her 40th birthday trip on social media, amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Kim was ridiculed over her posts online, and she even inspired a viral meme on Twitter.
